Yes the US elections are likely to result in it, the most likely winner will be far to friendly with the Russians and try and handover Ukraine and Transnistria to the Russians. The latter will result in both Moldova and Romania getting involved. The US will effectively isolate its self from everyone, something the Chinese will love, as they only have the US to deal with for Taiwan and North Korea for South Korea. It is a very real possibility and is one of the reasons European countries are discussing conscription, as they know they cannot guarantee any US involvement. The US further backing of Israel will also help drive a wedge between it and all other countries.

No, I don't. People have been worried about World War 3 since the end of the last war in 1945. It's not going to happen.

Not until after the Rapture of the Church. Then you will begin to see things get worse and worse, but not quite WWIII.

Big blocks like NATO and BRICS won't fight against each other directly, because this is a question of time until nukes fly. Not just one or two, entire 12k.
Hybrid warfare is very likely, with hot war zones like middle east, eastern asia or eastern Europe. Additionally there will be a lot of internal conflicts caused due blind and forced multiculturalism in last two decades. Russia, France, UK, maybe US.

No. There are still too many small factions fighting.  A "world war" tends to occur when you have one massive faction fighting another large one.
