In what context?
In terms of internet censorship, there are about a dozen states that have basically the same restrictions, though Georgia takes it a bit further. In almost all cases, these laws are specifically targeting pornography. There are another ten or so states with similar proposals, so about half of the country will eventually have similar laws on the subject.
In terms of banned books (in public school libraries), it's Texas and not even remotely close. Florida and Missouri are next. Like with the internet censorship, the vast majority of the banned books are pornographic or sexual in nature, or promote criminality, though at least in the case of Texas, these decisions are not made by the state government and rather by the districts themselves most of the time.
