No. The only people who benefit from illegal immigrants is businesses who hire basically slave labor. These people are also very vulnerable to crimes because they don't have average people rights so they are endlessly targeted from crime.

I can tell you this as someone who used to used to identify as a liberal/dem: they are just overly altruistic people. They value kindness and humanitarianism over more concrete but still important things like financial management of government money. Same amount? In NYC, the illegals are being given luxury hotel rooms to live in and debit cards with thousands of dollars. Meanwhile the American citizen has to live in at least $2k/month shoebox apartments that doesn't even have in-unit toilets and have to deal with stagnant wages and skyrocketing inflation.
