The founders were British and just copied the colors of the Union Jack. The first US flag even had the Union Jack as part of the flag. Somebody started making up stuff about what it stood for.

red is for red blood of OUR side fighting for revolution against brits. stripes so we don't copy their flag.

white symbolized a NEW start like a white page, when we became independent.

the blue is the *nyt sky when we see stars so apt for stars.

Blue should mean police state.




Combine them together and what you have is a country that surrenders to authority becomes a police state and spills the blood of the innocent.

It's just a ripoff of UK colors with a new pattern for 13 stripes for original 13 colonies n stars for # of states. Ideally all national flags will go away. Nationalism is a cancer on humanity.
