The supreme court functions as the interpreter of the Constitution. Abortion is NOT in the constitution. Why is this so complicated for many?

Trump isn't against abortion, he just wants the states to decide. However, Trump is against late-term abortions where the baby can feel pain. Who can disagree with that? Why are people so willing to put their fate in the hands of the same federal government that's allowing America to be invaded?

Trump's position on abortion has been murky and confusing. What I've pieced together is that he is pro-life, but also looking at what some might consider to be a political reality. Nevertheless, many pro-life advocates regard him as the most effective pro-life president since Roe vs. Wade. Granted, the bar wasn't all that high, but I'd still agree.

As for what's on the Constitution, I really do agree that the pro-choicers were grabbing at straws. Even Ruth Bader Ginsburg agreed that Roe vs. Wade was bad law.

It never should have been a law. I don't think Trump is murky. I'm pro-life, but I'm not against abortion. Why argue with something that will never be settled?

@BCRanger10 I don't think Trump's take on it is murky at all. It follows the 10th amendment exactly as abortion is not mentioned in the constitution, therefore it is left up to the states to decide what to do.

His personal views don’t matter. I’m pro-choice, but I’m against abortion. My opinion doesn’t matter any more than Trump’s.

Because abortion, for some reason, is like life or death to them. I have no idea why.

You have your choice. Should I have sex? Yes or no.

If you are robbed of that choice then that is when things get complicated and has no easy solution but even by the admission of pro-choice institutions, that is very rare.

I don't know what they're thinking.
