The inflation that we're seeing is due primarily the almost-total cessation of production of WEALTH; the increased production of money is secondary, at best. It's not Biden's fault.

The last year he was in office, his treasury dept printed a record amount of money, and even his former Treasury Sec said they passed out too much money for Covid. That led to the inflation that followed.

Trump's only plan to combat inflation is "drill baby drill," but the US is already setting oil production records, so no, Trump has no plan.

Also, no President controls the Federal Reserve.

If a President wanted to lower prices he'd, push to cut federal spending, push for lower tariffs, and push to end farm subsidies, but congress would have to go along.

There's effectively nothing Trump can do to fix the inflation and spending problems more or less overnight. The only thing that can happen about that quickly is a boost in investor/employer/consumer confidence, which is in itself a fickle thing.
