Trump failed to drain the swamp his first term. He made it swampier. He knows everything he promised is impossible. He just says whatever he has to to get votes. Since he is a lame duck president he has no incentive to do anything he said. That's why prices will not go down and the Ukraine war rages on. He has no plan and never did. That's why he was so afraid to answer a question in detail and you get gold like "a concept of a plan" after EIGHT years of his war on the very popular Obamacare that he can't stand Obama getting so much credit for.
