In my area, I'm seeing stores steeply lowering prices of some grocery items, making them more competitive with other grocers or even cheaper.
My suspicion is peeked given the timing to "change perception". There could be other drivers leading to such changes.
Cost of food... inflation... is a huge factor mentality.
Are you seeing prices changing... lower? Do you think the fed is "greasing the wheels" of the economy to make things look good, to distort the election?
Anyone work in the grocery world to help explain it works?

In other news... Gold topped $2400 an oz... first time in history! Real money... is going up, fake money, going down. Hard to believe prices of other real things are going down... when fertilizer, feed, etc... going up.
