I don't know. That's not my attitude. I think women, have a right to pursue joy and fulfillment, just like everyone else. But having children isn't the only path.
Many men want to pass on their genes and family names, and they need women to accomplish that. Unfortunately, some of those men care more about that goal than about the women who make it possible. That's classic patriarchy.
There are men who have an impregnation fetish.
There are men and women who love kids and want to raise families.
It's true that fecundity is part of what women are. They are the only ones who can grow life inside them, bear children, and nurture them with their bodies. They can blossom and bear fruit. It's miraculous.
But, for some people, there is more to life. Some women don't want to go through the rigors of pregnancy, or to spend their lives serving a man and children. It's not selfish. They may love men but want more of an equal, loving partnership that doesn't match the standard breadwinner/housewife paradigm.
They are entitled to make their own decisions and pursue their own bliss.
I can relate because I never wanted to be shackled to the care and raising of children. And I found the perfect mate. My wife and I have been happily married now for almost 27 years, have had a LOT of fun, and built a wonderful life together. We never had kids and are glad. We can focus on each other.
So to each their own. Women don't owe their bodies to society. They are capable of being much more than brood mares.

If it’s a popular perception, it’s probably taught to them. Common sense is also taught. We rarely hear people’s own individualistic ideas.

Well aren’t women the only ones who can five birth to children? Aren’t women meant to be the caregivers? If not than I guess men aren’t meant to be the protectors. 🤷🏻♂️If women don't want to adhere to their gender roles, men shouldn't have to either
