Men and women should be using contraceptives and not let these things happen if you don't want them. I think if there is no responsible father to take care of the child there should be mandated abortions so that the government isn't responsible to support a woman that is useless and just pops out many kids. Yes, and they can already do so, maybe it depends on where you live. But in a lot of places you can sign away your parental rights if you don’t want anything to do with the child, and you have no financial responsibility for them either.
