If a man and woman grew up together completely isolated from humanity and had no institutional education, would they eventually procreate? Is the act necessary for procreation instinctual? Or is it purely learned?

It is purely instinctual. A man and woman together under the right conditions will procreate without any previous knowledge on the subject.

It must be learned. A man and woman would never procreate without knowledge of the necessary process.

I don't think the instinct for procreation is natural BUT I guess if you're the only two people you would want to have more people, never mind the incest lol - obviously I doubt you would just know that sex equals to pregnancy, I think sexual interest and desire is more instinctive than procreation but who knows really

Sex is natural. That doesn't mean every human being will want to have sex in exactly the way most ideal for procreation.
