Correction: Looking at the graph again, it's 20% of about 40%, so about 8% or 1 in 12 people believe the vaccines killed more than Covid-19.

i remember a time when vaccines were for the most part largely accepted as a good thing by society. people on the right decided to turn it into a huge political issue for clout and power. pretty fucked up how we are living in that reality today.

I have no trouble believing people killed more then Covid-19, But to be fair they are no different then the people who believe the COVID vaccine is 100% safe. FYI not everyone who opposes/opposed the COVID vaccine is anti-vax, I myself got the original 2 Pfizer vaccines, then I witness multiple family members including my father suffer side effects, so now I'm against it and will not get any boosters, but will not attack people who choose to get their booster, as it's none of my business what they choose to do with their body just like it's none of their business what I choose to do with my body. As a side note, many people who support the COVID vax, were originally against it, then did a complete 180 when Biden took office.

Nobody seriously thought the vaccines were 100% safe, but they were 99.99% safe and 4,000 Americans were dying every *day* when they were introduced.

One random person on Twitter does not represent anyone but themselves. Even Trump couldn't get his supporters to get vaccinated, and that led to people dying unnecessarily.

I have ran into a few people on social who believed the vaccine was 100% safe and It was more then just one person, I witnessed people all over twitter/social media trashing the COVID vaccine when Trump was still in office, then do a complete 180 after Biden took office. Yea, I'm trusting big pharma who lobbies our corrupt government to be truthful about the COVID vaccine bing 99% safe. There were medicine/medical treatments in the past that were deemed sage only to be pulled from the market for adverse side effects. The COVID vaccine was a new type of vaccine that was rushed to market without proper testing and reformulated to be cheaper to produce.

Not surprised. There's a chunk of people who think COVID wasn't deadly, at all. They think all the people who died of COVID just had it, and died of other causes. Of course they think the vaccine killed more people if they think it killed even one person...
