Nah. They were already bleeding numbers and money thanks to all the sexual assault cases against leaders in the boy scouts and the premise of the LDS who had a part for the longest time. Now with the LDS giving up their shares of the scouts and allowing more kinds of members, it becomes more inclusive and gives girls a chance to become Eagle scouts. This is bound to increase their numbers. Maybe not enough to save the organization, but right now it has a negative aura surrounding it. This should help.

Women invaded gyms where men resided and destroyed gyms with there cameras, false accusations and other bullshit. Boy scouts have been losing numbers in way greater percentages than girl scouts. They both have access to technology, so why the difference?
