So many stories from the Bible, Koran, Chinese myths, and that of the Olympia, the gods are powerful but envious of man's ability to love, have sex and form families.

Hence I think us humans are unique. Our ability to love and make love should be our pride and heritage as Mankind.

I already don't like the idea of having a lover and I'm also not interested in sex either. My family would be all human beings as well as the angels. I wouldn't need food or a house or earthly material possessions because I would be God. I would be answering prayers and judging whether souls deserve to go to heaven or hell.

The Romans’ method for choosing a Caesar was actually quite clever. They never appointed someone who outwardly wanted the job. We could learn a lot from them if we weren’t completely convinced that ours is the greatest civilization of all time.

I personally believe there are people that more philosophically inclined than others. There are definitely plebs in society that should not be able to have any political influence. And I don't think that having a lack of desire for a position of power makes you any more fit for the job.

I disagree. The Romans applied the practice because it appointed people less likely to abuse their power. The same principle applies to how we select juries today.
