What should I do I was late to work due to traffic and because of that I have salary deduction?

Welcome to the adult world.
Stuff like this is not unlike the weather.
You have to try to learn about these things in advance and plan accordingly.
So, in this case, this parade was not a spontaneous event and there were probably notifications about it, that you apparently missed. Had you known of the parade, you would have left earlier or taken a different route.
We all have to face shit like this every day.
So, again, welcome to the adult world.
Next time I will take a different route but that route has much more expensive fare but no traffic.
Well, you only have to take that alternative route when you HAVE to take that alternative route. Use your normal route otherwise, but try to know when these things are going to happen.
Here's a way that you might be able to detect that: You state/province/country (whatever) may have an app or website associated with a highway department or department of transportation in which you can select to get notifications about traffic problems. Your car or Google Maps will often have indicators like that too. My car's navigation system will ask me if I want an alternative route if there's a problem ahead like a pesky Catholic parade (for Pentecost?).
The obvious choice is to respond that a pay deduction will be met with a work deduction, since you can't reasonably be expected to control traffic- but that will probably get you fired, so think twice.
You have to start leaving earlier for work it happens
I know I will next time. But I always do its just it happen unexpectedly
