Trump falsified business docs to cover up the bribe paid to stormy Daniels. He only did this because he was worried that if the fact that he had sex with her got out it would hurt his election chances. He therefore tried to influence the election results in his own favor, which is a FAR more serious crime.

Stormy Daniels is a prostitute. He paid her for it it wasn’t a bribe. She even admitted on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert that she was not assaulted or raped or abused and didn’t want the MeToo victim agenda to prosper because she wasn’t a victim of anything. Now that Trump is running again after having beaten Hillary Stormy is being paid by the democrat party to lie and turn the American people against Trump.

I'm not entirely clear that stormy is a prostitute. She is definitely an adult film star and to the extent that you think that is the same thing as a prostitute she is in fact one. I'm not sure she would agree with that characterization. In any event it doesn't matter. She was paid to keep quiet, so whether or not you think that's a bribe or not is not the point. The point is that he paid her in order to conceal the fact that he had sex with her in order to influence election results. The rest of it is just semantics and doesn't matter.

Trump constantly not paying his bills is stealing goods and services. It’s his MO all the way back to Art of the Deal. The quantum of seriousness is the intention of the crime. Falsifying records, a crime on its own, to manipulate an election, is pretty bad. They shot so many tear gas canisters in the compound that it started a fire which killed 76 people, including 28 children.

No FBI or ATF agent was ever charged for anything they did. And the federal agencies have only gotten worse since then.

Minus the cool uniforms, of course. Federal courts refuse to rule against them, no matter how clear it is that the federal agencies are wrong. They think they can just change laws on the fly, and go after people for political reasons, and convict them without the defendant ever having committed a crime..

They're going after Trump because they don't like him, and they let the rioters in 2020 go without a slap on the wrist because Mega donors support them, and bribe federal agencies to the tune of trillions of dollars.
