Regarding money to Pakistan for gender studies, and weapons to countries like Ukraine and Israel, I would pay zero dollars and zero cents.

DEI means "diversity, equity, inclusion", which is code for promoting LGBTQI+++.

Money for DEI zoos is incentivizing "wokeness"; offering money to promote affirmative action practices.
It goes hand in hand with the World Economic Forum's "environmental and social governance (ESG)" scheme and the globalist agenda.

"An ESG score is a measure of how well a company addresses environmental, social, and governance issues in its day-to-day work and operations. This includes topics such as climate change adaptation, energy efficiency, employee health & wellbeing (masking, social distancing and vaccines?), diversity, equity, & inclusion (DE&I), and human rights (immigration?)."

With this new monitoring system, a company receiving a poor rating may be considered an 'unsustainable asset' by investors and be excluded from their investment portfolio. Consequently, their stock may lose value and they may have trouble obtaining funding from banks and government.
The WEF program is designed to shut them out.

On the other hand, a company with a high rating will see many benefits such as favorable stock rating and preferential treatment by funding sources.

Pursuing a high ESG score is why it's profitable for a corporation to, for example, use someone like Dylan Mulvaney as a mascot, even if it results in a drop in consumer consumption.

The purpose is to push narratives such as DE&I and human-caused climate change onto the public at large, to the benefit of the profit-driven globalist technocrats.

It is. The goal is monopoly of every resource and total domination over people. To do that, they need to monitor and control every single thing we do. I would give absolutely nothing to those studies or country because that's not a worthwhile cause. If anybody needs a good idea to they want to help out in some way I would say contact your local schools and ask if there's any students that need their lunch fees paid up that way kids stomach's not growling while they are supposed to be focusing on their studies
