I would have to find the exact dates but as of 2024 there are something like 6 or 7 difference instances of Israel offering peace to Palestine and Palestine refusing. Israel even reduced the size of Israel by around 75% in the pursuit of peace

They are not at all different the PLO was founded before Hamas existed and until 1993 the PLO intended to destroy Israel and all jews by any means necessary. In 1993 though chairman Yasser Arafat sent a letter to Israel recognizing it as a nation and Israel in turn changed its stance on the PLO. However the PLO is still committing the same atrocities it has been committing since its founding.
