Foreign aid makes up a tiny fraction of the US budget. We need to bring all troops home from Iraq and Syria, cut military spending (The biggest discretionary part of the budget), end all corporate and agricultural subsidies, increase fines for medicare, medicaid, and social security fraud and put more money into investigating and prosecuting it.
