3) Can a felon leave the county if probation supervisor says no?
I'm certainly not a constitutional scholar but in another group I'm in these questions were raised. Does anyone have some insight?

1. Yes, Trump is only a felon in New York and no where else (yet).
2. I'd have to see the statute about that, but I suspect the question is moot. The President is the "Commander In Chief" but the President is NOT a member of the military, so any military rules would not apply.
3. I doubt it. BUT, chances are this would immediately go to SCOTUS and then be a Supremacy Clause issue. If it gets that far, then a New York probation officer would be overridden. Of course, a New York court could then force incarceration, but, then that would be another SCOTUS Supremacy Clause issue.
To my knowledge, there isn’t a single US state that refuses to acknowledge felony convictions in other states. Drumpf is a felon anywhere he goes, regardless of where the conviction was rendered.
The backlash of this will likely inspire some very creative legislation in the immediate future though.
@Chazmatazz269 I won't deny what you said, but Trump being a felon may be irrelevant to Issue 1:
Can a felon receive national security briefings?
I don't see why he couldn't.
For instance, in various parts of government, including DoD and DoE, there are classifications. Some material may be classified Top Secret so only people with that clearance can see it. The exception is made for the President and probably members of Congress and SCOTUS. Certainly, the President since the President is the head of the Executive Branch.
Excellent cogent pointsm ty
@Chazmatazz269 I agree and it will be fast tracked to our corrupt SCOTUS
But felon is felon. State reciprocity.
His being a member or leader of military law is murky at best
I would think he would be like any other felon with travel restrictions. I don't know.
@Chazmatazz269 correct criminal reciprocity in every state
I don't really know. I don't think it's explicitly not allowed. I don't even know who would decide this unless legislation was written (0% chance of that passing with bi partisan split in the house and Senate), the supreme Court maybe?

No. Hence why electing Trump would effectively end the USA.
You don't even need to answer these questions. If he doesn't win then he's kind of screwed and if he does win he'll pardon himself.. as he 100% should against rigged courts.
He can't against state crimes and Atlanta case is still pending and it app ars Arizona is readying an indictment
You know your advocating for authoritarianism, right?
No, I am advocating for tearing off the shackles the deep state has put on this country for so long. A lot of people in powerful positions deserve to go to prison for a very long time. There's a lot of war criminals, there's a lot of backroom deals and a lot of eroding of the constitution.
A heavy hand is needed to stop this. Frankly though I wish I could resurrect Andrew Jackson and set him upon the deep state like he was set upon the central bank. One and only president to get our national debt to zero and balance the budget at the same time.
Biden should have been tried, Obama is a war criminal, Anthony Fauci is an international criminal responsible for millions of deaths and the loss of freedom in many countries, Hillary Clinton and her emails, the Clintons and how they kill people..
Also the FBI, the CIA, ATF, etc all need to be completely abolished. The CIA killed Kennedy, they likely had a hand in Martin Luther King Jr dying and they are one of the most powerful criminal organizations in the world.
