Abortion should be a choice between a woman and her health care provider, NOT voters or usually male-dominated legislatures !!!
Considering that the electorate are more conservative on abortion than the politicians. I am going to side with the voters, for now.
but no state that put an abortion ban on the ballot passed it. Not even Kansas
Most of those were special elections and only the most motivated people show up for those. Right now pro abortion voters are motivated and the pro life voters are resting on their laurels for overturning Roe.
