Should we embrace Minimum wage laws based upon the local cost of living?

To be clear the propose of said laws is not simply to insure everyone in said region can afford to live there.

The real propose (consistent with the real effect of minimum wage laws) is to drive de-urbanization by giving employers a powerful reason to move their employment base if not business out of the overcrowded and over priced city.

Lets be frank about the issue said wage really need to be dynamically set to the prevailing starter home cost with in 20 minutes of place of employment. This is easily known based upon property tax records, and calculated with a simple equations:
Wage * (40*52*4)= Home price.

Cites as such have the option of improving transpiration or availability of homes.
