If so, is it one of those crimes that is either "victimless" or "something "everybody does" meaning it's common and unremarkable?

Should the NRA, in the interest of consistency, be advocating for Hunters 2A right to own a firearm for self defense, even more so since he is a legitimate target?

Does POTUS Biden leaving the Trump appointed Maryland attorney genereral in charge of hunters case demonstrate his neutrality and faith in the legal process?

Does POTUS Biden public statement that he won't pardon his son demonstrate his loyalty to neutrality and the rule of law?

I was actually surprised he was convicted given the trial was in Delaware. He most likely will only get probation though.

Anyway I’ve heard some people argue that “well Hunter is a private citizen”. Ah no he’s not. He got rich BECAUSE his last name was Biden and those were his exact words. That makes him a public figure worthy of full news coverage. Even CNN was willing to acknowledge this:

Anyway if by any chance Hunter gets sentenced to prison I got a feeling his dad will still pardon him especially if he loses to Trump. He will do it right before he leaves office

Now do I think the charge in itself should deserve a criminal penalty of 25 years in prison? No and I say that being absolutely zero fan whatsoever of the Biden family. But his upcoming felony tax charges are much more serious.

Truth is I don’t give two shits about anything Hunter had done except if whether or not “the big guy” is daddy. And the evidence on that one is mounting. If that’s true it will make Trump’s so called “crimes” look like he stole bubble gum from a convenience store. And since the democrats have decided that lawfare is fair game now then don’t be surprised if Trump turns the gun on them when he (very likely) gets elected in November.

Not if the POTUS is campaigning to get re-elected. But if he loses in November mark my words he will pardon his son in his final days in office. No way Biden will let his son go to prison.

Anyway I don’t think Hunter will serve any time for THIS particular crime. You know exactly how I feel about the Biden family but even I don’t think incarceration time is appropriate for that alone.

But his tax evasion charge is far more serious and now he’s going up against that with a felony charge on his record. And we are talking over a million dollars here.

No one's vote will change over this. Hunter's not the candidate. It's not comparable to the actual candidate getting 34 felonies with even more serious charges we haven't gotten to. It kills the Republican narrative about Democrats fixing everything against Trump.
