It's okay to "copy" SOME of the things they do SOMETIMES but not EVERYTHING they do and say ALL THE TIME!! That's just fucking annoying as hell!! ESPECIALLY where language and clothes are concerned!! Can't you come up with your OWN personality? Can't you just be YOU?
i used to have a bass player in my band, he was a very white guy with very long blond hair half way down his back. He loved P-Funk, reggae and most black music and would often claim he's a black man in the body of a white man. But, other than wearing baggy pants, sometimes, he NEVER dressed or spoke like them!
