Hispanic or Latino Whites = 16.6%

Violent crime by race/ethnicity

White alone, not Hispanic or Latino = 36.7%

Hispanic or Latino Whites = 22.4%

Blacks 36.4%

So if you adjust for population to put all races/ethnicity on an even playing field, for every violent crime a non-Hispanic/Latino White person commits, a Hispanic/Latino White commits 2.2 violent crimes and a Black commits 4.3 violent crimes. The result is pretty self explanatory, Blacks are over four times as violent as Whites and just about twice as violent as Hispanic/Latinos.

I don't think this is a productive general thing to ask. It would be better to ask in a more specific context. And even still, good luck finding actual good stats on it with enough logical backing to them.

Depends on the environment. People in power tend to assert dominance more, and there is power in numbers. Where white people are dominant, they are more likely to be bullies. The same is true of black people. Bullying is a weakness mentality. Bullies don’t pick on people who can actually stop them; at least not deliberately.

I don't know, i've never thought in my mind about comparing black to white people because to me they are all humans.
