Say what? …The internet was supposed to be a great equalizer, making people everywhere smarter, with the world’s resources at people’s fingertips—but it DID NOT turn out that way. Inexplicably, it has the done the exact opposite.
I say this, because this question (which it’s not really a question at all), and ones like it, seem to pop up frequently, and are shocking not for just for how utterly stupid they are, or what totally preposterous things they presuppose, or even how tone-deaf or incendiary they are, …but with great alarm and unease, I can help but think, are indicative of a wider dumbing down of the country, and something seriously malevolent brewing out there in wider society.

Because of colonialism, slavery, Jim Crowe, gentrification, police brutality, etc...

They believe hating White people is rational/justified because of the atrocities Whites have commited against N worders. They believe that N worders hate us because of the contents of our hearts, not the color of our skin. They believe we're responsable for all the problems plaguging the nlggr community. While they believe that Whites solely hate nlggrs because of their skin color and White supremacy, surely not because of their shitty behavior

Your information is specious and overgeneralized. The consequences for "hate speech", if it lands in court, depend entirely on where your trial is and who the judge is. There's no universal assumption you can make here. This applies pretty much to ANY crime.
