Of course. They do that with EVERY election. Every state has a team of lawyers on both sides on stand-by, ready to pounce on every little thing. Whether or not they actually take action depends almost entirely on how close the vote is.

If you have a close election in several states like in 2020, the lawyers are going to be all over that. Just like the Democrat lawyers were all over Florida in 2000.

It would be negligent for the parties to NOT challenge a close election.

Every voting station should have a Republican and a Democrat auditor and counting should be done in full view of cameras and this footage should be made publicly available to the public.

There was a white van that delivered ballot sized forms to a voting place after hours.. It was ruled that the video was not clear enough to be determined to be ballots so that was the extent of the investigation. How hard would it have been for the FBI to track down the owner of that van? They could track down all the people in DC on Jan6th.
