I am sure that every nuclear armed country. That has a stockpile of weapons. With strategically placed detonations. Could pretty much destroy the world as we know it.
Some missiles are probably sure to get through the defenses. Though they don’t really need to directly hit a city. Just a high altitude explosion. Which would take more time. But the USA would self destruct internally!

If people pay attention to recent events (reality, not wishful thinking) Russia's ability to beat the USA is laughable at best. I invite you to look it up yourself.

Example: Iran, China, and Russia all use Russia's anti-missile defense system.

Israel uses the USA's anti missile defense system.

Iran launched many missiles at Israel and all but a few were shot down. Israel launched very few missiles at Iran in response and they got through. Russia's missile defense system that Russia, China, and Iran all rely on is useless.

In fact, the USA could launch missiles with impunity against Russia, China, and Iran and destroy them while shooting down Russia and their allies missiles.

Russia, China, Iran are all at a HUGE disadvantage compared to the USA. Considering recent developments, even with the modern American military in worse condition than it has been in a very long time, it can handily defeat Russia, China, and Iran combined single handedly.

No. It's called MAD or "mutually assured destruction". And it has always existed. During the cold war both nations KNEW they were capable of annihilating eachother many times over. And that's why it was an unthinkable choice. Can Russia destroy us? Yes. But they know to do so will guarantee the end of them, not to mention life on the planet as we currently know it. So only a mad man would choose it. Putin is brazen but he's not that foolish. At least not at this point. That's why you have to be firm in your dealing with him. Actually, the U. S. is in much better shape to protect ourselves from ICBM's than at any other time in history. The Aegis (SM-3/6?), THAAD system, and a multitude of other interceptor carried systems; our ability to protect ourselves is fair and getting better.

Last time I heard Russia still had armour made of cardboard, also it's also highly possible they lied about their stockpile like they did with their equipment, they said they had some crazy armour and stuff and it turned out to be made of cardboard so not to sound like a cocky American but one of my green tip 5.56 can go through 3 of them all cause they refuse to waste some money on armour.
