Yes. Drugs kill millions of people around the world every year. It's a filthy business. Its consumption is increasing everywhere, it's scary!
Prostitution is dangerous and humiliating , so of course these two things must be consider crimes. No one in their right mind would say that they are not crimes.

I'd say so. They're "victimless" crimes until you realize people who abuse drugs are their own victims, and both the prostitute and person paying for it are victims of their own unhealthy sexual behavior.

I do not know about prostitution but all drugs currently illegal in the UK which includes Cannabis should remain illegal.
