The truth is her doctorate is earned but it is an educational doctorate rather than a medical doctorate. So she is not a medical doctor but rather a doctor in the academic sense.

@OfDeath I am a little embarrassed about this. The truth is Dr Jill has an honorific Dr. . I mistakenly thought tht honorific meant that it was an honorary degree.
She has a EdD degree from the University of Delaware.

Her degree is not honorary nor is it because of who she is married to. She has studied and taught many courses at different institutions. In 1976 she was teaching English at St. Mark's high school in Wilmington, She then became a reading specialist at Claymont High School. She was also pursuing a Master of Education with a specialty in reading. She completed her first Master's degree in 1981. She continued teaching while pursuing a Master of Art's in English. in 2007 she received a Doctor of Education in educational leadership from the University of Delaware. A lot of work and her degree is far from honorary. You really should learn the facts before making things up.
