The guy hasn't even been able to put a coherent sentence together for years. He can't even do it even though he reads everything off a teleprompter! The Democrats can't even cover it up anymore. They've hidden him in the basement for 4 years thinking that nobody would know. And now they are getting the political backlash that they deserve for putting Americans in terrible danger and damaging the country severely.
