Most are good people.

Most are good people.

Hell no! There's only like 91 thousand Mexicans that come to the USA legally every year. Since Biden has been in office over a million illegal Mexicans have crossed the border every year. Only about 8% of Mexican immigrants in the USA are doing the right thing, coming to America the right way with good intentions. The other 92% are criminals from the minute they cross the border. It sucks for the 8% are are being good people. They end up with a bad reputation due to all the scum bags that do it the wrong way.
If you have a rough life and have a family, but it was extremely hard to provide for them or give them a good life in your current circumstances, would you not cross a line to try and provide a better life and opportunities for them?
Not everything in life is written in white and black. I'm not saying that they're correct in what they do. I'm just saying that it's better to try and understand them than to immediately condemn them. If you lived their lives, you might think differently.
Laws are not necessarily objectively correct either.
@HawkPerception There's a "legal way" to cross a line and an "illegal way" to cross a line. I'd do a shit load of street crime locally before I'd cross the border illegally of the most militant nation in the world. I'm talking shop lifting, drug dealing, commercial burglary, home burglary, bippin, grand theft auto, and even armed robbery before crossing the US border from Mexico. That's why I know they are hard core criminals, because it a lot easier to do local crime than to walk a hundreds of miles through a desert, scale walls, evade border police to get to a new nation with no papers to work legally. All around the world there are local criminals. When you are willing to cross international borders to do crime, you've leveled up. You have to be part of a larger criminal network that will support you. You have to be cartel.
Go to Detroit. Look at all the crime that's going on. Look at little kids slangin drugs sitting on a corner armed to the teeth ready to die, willing to burn down their own cities, that are institutionalized criminals. None of them are even willing to leave their block let alone cross internal borders. Illegals are the good guys. They're real bad people.
Some people have had a rough enough life that has forced them on different paths and don't have the option of coming in "legally".
@HawkPerception Who gives a fucks. Everyone has rough lives and shit they have to deal with. If they want to get buck and invade a world super power they can get cluster bombed. You start a fight, you should expect consequences.
And there's where your argument goes out the window for me. "Who gives a fuck?"
People who actually have any empathy or emotional intelligence give a fuck buddy.
The majority of people in the world are just fighting to have a better life unlike us who were born in 1st world countries. You could probably never fathom how hard it is to fight adversity growing up in those countries.
@HawkPerception You act like anyone gives a fuck what you think commie. Why don't you take that dick out of your ass and put it in your mouth shit bird. We're not on board with your engineered extortive migration. We'll fuck your shit up son.
Whether or not they are good people is not he question. Its whether or not they should be in our country driving down our low skilled wages and up our prices.
I have met and known a lot of theses people, the reason most all of them really are here is because our employees offer them many times more than what they can earn in their own country. We know this is the case not merely because they say it but because that is what they are doing in sending this money home.
I can't blame them for desiring to do this, it is in their interest, it is even in the interest of their country who is enriched with all the dollars being sent home.
But this is driving down similarly skilled American wages, retarding our automation and development of higher skilled position, while also inhibiting their efforts to reform their own country. AS rather than staying there and doing the hard work they come here.
I think so. They are just looking for a better life away from the poverty, crime and violence they are experiencing in their country right now.

No, Mexico sends the “Mexicans of Mexico” to the US. They’re usually short and plump, small dark beady eyes, and Mayan peasant facial features. Sure some of them are friendly, but many are selling you overpriced chinese crap bought in bulk at any tourist area will go to. Others are working under the table jobs offered by cheapskate white Americans who care about nothing but money. They never learn a lick of English, bring all 7 of their kids here, and funnel money back to the rest of their family in Mexico.
The Mexicans that we might actually enjoy coming to America are already well off in Mexico and have no reason to leave.
I agree that most are good people. But when they commit a crime by entering a country illegally, that law should be enforced. If being a good person was the only criteria for entering the country, we would be even more overwhelmed than we are now. We'd probably have at least 20-30 million people enter the first year. That would be disastrous.
Most aren't women and children, like this picture shows. They're young men. Most young men aren't good people, so I'd say no. The ones coming illegally are obviously worse than the ones coming legally though.
Are most of the women and children that legally immigrate, good people? Yeah, most definitely.
The majority of people are good. They're just fighting to have a better standard of life and give their families better opportunities. It sucks that some are criminals and bring their bad habits or ways of life into other countries. But they do not represent the majority. It's only the criminals that need to be put down
Butters aka Mantequilla is wonderful and he's "Meh-hee-can"!
https://www.youtube.com/embed/VFt_v5Bq9PQhttps://www.youtube.com/embed/t3UQKR6AMVoMost yes. But we absolutely CANNOT say that all of them are. A lot of them are simply hard working people trying to escape the crutches of the corrupt Mexican government/cartels.
But a good percentage of them are criminals, including but not limited to, cartel members
There are no "good people". The vast majority of people are much the same in the end, but who their friends and families are differs... what team shirt they wear differs... y'know... trivial crap.
Yeppers, they just want a chance at a better life for them and their family.
Yes, and many are fleeing poverty and violence caused by the US failed war on drugs which makes drug cartels rich and powerful
I would go further and say most immigrants are good people regardless of where they're from.
Nope. They broke down my front door and entered illegally. That makes them criminals to me
To say that *most* of any entire folkgroup are good people is a bold statement, especially if there are very many of them.
For the most part. I've worked with a lot of people from Mexico
Yes most of them. I just wish they would go through the right channels as my immigrant kin did….
We have no way of knowing.
Yes, I think most Mexicans are good people.
I would like to think so
Legal immigrants
No...
