The same constitution says presidents have to be impeached by congress not the judicatory, the judicatories role is simply to refuse to enforce the president's unlawful orders by way of refusing conviction, or convicting agents for crimes when they unlawfully fail to arrest those denying an unlawful orders.

A free Constitution requires a system of all 3+ parties involved cooperating for a law to be made & enforced. That does not involve or require the president to be made directly subject to the judiciary because the legislator is the higher branch of goverment.
Also the judicatory was appointed by the executive so it makes no sense for a president to be directly subject to the same. As it either represents his own cronies or his rivals.
