Truth is, every country that has strong military and intelligence has deep state and run by them.

Some "alphabet agencies" are independent of, and more powerful than, the constitutional government. Some high-level elected officials do collaborate with those agencies, though.

Those agencies, combined with private organizations, and similar agencies in foreign governments, as well as the international banking cabal, are the "deep state" that supersedes our constitutional government and wreaks havoc around the world.

They hold blackmail over virtually everyone in government and also have the power to assassinate.
