While I dont want to outright state things publicly I do have my personal views on what happened. While this is my own views and not confirmed by any actual evidence as of yet I dont think this was particularly premeditated. In my opinion it was just some dude who saw his opportunity and took it.

I dont expect him to have done any real planning or preparations beforehand and no real contact with any collaborators aside from maybe shitposting with his friends.

With some extra planning and preparation this could have been so much worse than it turned out to be. Something simple like taking out a loan to buy a more suitable gun for example that could have unloaded 30-50 rounds in a few seconds.

As it currently looks its just a dude in a shirt and pants carrying a rifle. Arguably that is enough but you would expect something more with a premeditated attack.
