At first, I was 30% certain that just like Sirhan Sirhan, Thomas Matthew Crooks was a CIA mind controlled patsy and select individuals within the secret service such as the two snipers on the other roof was complicit by allowed the assassination attempt. For various reasons, I have doubts about the CIA’s involvement. However, I am 100% certain that several individuals within the secret service allowed the assassination attempt. I don't believe they are more than a small minority.

Of coirse not. According to Crooks's search history he was looking up locations for both Trump and Biden. There is no partisan benefit to the CIA to take both out.

Not that they wouldn't but probably the CIA was not involved. Instead only a few members of the secret service and perhaps the head of the secret service.
