You definitely need female secret service agents but they should be required to meet the exact same training, fitness and height requirements as the men especially for bodyguarding. Like on female SS agent from the Trump shooting was clearly overweight, hid behind a bullet proof sheild instead of protecting trump and couldn't holster her weapon. Another was do short she couldn't properly sheild 6ft2 trump. Secret service were a laughing stock globally for their incompetent leadership.

They are so desperate for diversity that they drop standards.

If women in federal law enforcement (and the military but that's another topic) were held to the same physical standards as the men (without lowering the mens' standards to accommodate), then this wouldn't even be a talking point. Regarding the assassination attempt however, this is almost completely irrelevant and being talked about as a deflection tactic to keep people away from looking into incompetence and malfeasance within the ranks of leadership.

The feds don't pay great and the hiring progress is really rigorous. All federalclaw enforcement is understaffed. They hire anyone who passes backround and academy nothing DEI about it
