How do you handle a culture that comes to places where their culture wasn’t originally and they aren’t friendly and get all the jobs?

This culture type isn’t friendly. They only marry within or reproduce within their race.
They’re messy and bossy without any respect of others. They’ve even used their religious beliefs to change our local laws.

What’s ur thoughts on this?

I don't care to look at them or what they are doing. I just focus on myself and take the good from others, like why are they getting these jobs and why not me? Is there something they are doing better, maybe I need more practice in a certain area. I don't like to compare myself to others, I run my own race

If they're getting all the jobs despite being messy and unfriendly then the locals need to take a good hard look at themselves and ask why are we so shit these people can out complete us.
