Well, Coach, I watched the hearing. Really sad on her part. and I don't really know what to think about the whole fucking debacle. I never believed in conspiracy theories, but this mess sets a real landmark for one. I watched Fox news and one commentator talked about the Kennedy assassination and how that was NEVER really resolved to the satisfaction of anyone, with an assassin assassinating the assassin (Jack Ruby killing Oswald and Ruby having terminal cancer)
You have to wonder where this moron, Crooks, came from?
How did the asshole get off 8 rounds before the CIA supposedly killing him?
You have to wonder how the Director was solely responsible for setting up the security at the scene, and I have to believe an 'underling' - (operations supervisor or someone had that responsibility?) But then again, with Trump being the one they were supposed to protect, why was she NOT directly involved?
Really a god damn mess Coach and it will probably NEVER be explained to the public.
From what I've seen, she shouldn't never have had the job to begin with.
100% correct
*should never

Some jobs you need people that are only focused on the job and doing it right, clearly she was not focused on that. The fact that she wanted to stay in this job and basically had to be pushed out shows that she didn't think her failure was such a big deal.
And that's not the right attitude for someone in this job. I'd want someone who would be so committed to my safety (if I was president) that they'd find this kind of failure unacceptable themselves and would resign of their own volition.
Those peoples lives are on the line but you won't put your job on the line? If you have someone who just sees this as a desk job and they don't care that much how many people die on their watch, clearly it doesn't lead to good results.
To me it seems like she was more focused on hiring more women and reaching her diversity goals rather than doing her job and making sure the agents were doing their job. And the fact that she lied and avoided questions at the hearing just showed even more how unfit she was and how bad the situation is internally.
It's kind of crazy that this culture can even affect the Sercret Service. The U. S. is really cooked. There shouldn't be a more prome example of a job where facts are valued over feelings but somehow it ended up like this anyway.
See another woman in charge and everything goes wrong!
Get these women out of very important jobs because they suck at it.
Remember the Public Relations chick that almost out Anhauser Busch? out of business changing the way cans of beer was focused on women?
And need I mention the Queen of Word Salad our deadhead Vice President Kamala Harris?
The list goes on and on of women screwing things up and it is a very big deal once the damage is done!
Trump could have very easily been assisinated because of the way she runs the freaking Secret Service for God's sake.
Get the men back and put them in charge again like when America 🇺🇸 was great before!!
@sage2021 I agree with you but @purplepoppy has the same thoughts I had, because this ass wipe "would be assassin' was no assassin, just a stupid kid wanting to die in infamy
Not as signifiant as people think because at the end of the day, the FBI and Secret Service are still occupied by whoever approved and supported putting a hit on Trump. it's not possible for so many 'accidents' to occur and then they are still hiding almost every single detail that would help an outsider understand things. Independent analysis of multiple recordings of the shooting & eyewitness reports go against the government claim of there being just 1 lone shooter. There's evidence that the gunman just happened to have made a trip to DC to meet with people near FBI & SS headquarters. And he met with someone at a bowling alley right before the shooting.
We did get to see video of what it looks like from inside the room with the open window that overlooked the roof where the "lone" shooter was. In this room there were government agents. They had plain sight of the shooter's location but did not act at all until after he fired multiple shots. The window also lines up to provide a clear shot to where Trump was and 3 shots on the recording sound like they came from within a building (less echo). Smells fishy.
She's been in the SS for years so surely if she was incompetent it would have been spotted years ago. Here's my theory, she got sick of listening do Trump whining on rally after rally and thought fuck it I'm taking him out. Obviously she couldn't get a pro to do it so she offered some incel a blowjob and stepladder.
Truth is these people don't make mistakes like what we saw and if I was Trump I'd be hiring a food taster.
@purplepoppy Hey Poppy, I don't think your take is far off of the mark, because I had the same thoughts, because this ass wipe was far from competent to pull off an assassination, and you are correct, these bastards don't make mistakes like that.
Trump would have been dead and she would have resigned and no one would ever get an explanation. I doubt she gave the incel a a blowjob, probably a hand job + a ladder. Not only that, a Pro would have been shooting from 1000 years + away from the site
I think more truth to what you suggest than any I have heard.

@Bricealan Sniper kill distance records are regularly being set well beyond 3km
It's a people problem, not a measuring problem
Between Town Clowns, 'Barney Fife' deputy Sheriffs and a rabble of called-up part-timers, a guy with a flamethrower and a ghillie suit could have strolled right in
Of the 22 Secret Servicepeople, only eight (8) were current Active Field qualified
@urban_garlic I know that the military kills target well beyond 1000 meters, but just thinking in terms of distances that most civilians can imagine as being in the realm of 'do- able" by a likely assassin
I think she is grateful she only lost her job and did not get thrown in jail on top of losing her job. With her credentials, finding a new job will be very easy and she might have a lofty retirement pension for getting dismissed from such a high position, especially if her old employer wants to prevent her finding a new job out of a fear she will share state secrets with her new boss if she gets hired again.
I watched a bit of them questioning her and it was evasive answering techniques and wherever possible, blame it on the local authorities.
That screams to me excuses, excuses, excuses. My parents always taught me, if someone follows-up what should be an apology (and acceptance of blame) with several excuses, it's not really an apology.
I guess since Joe Biden announced he ain't running maybe, I'm not an America, maybe some directors or agency heads feel like it's a appropriate transition thingy? How should I know, I'm just a GAG contributor lol 👀 and I ain't American 🇺🇲
As she should, it's her fault that Trump was hit in the first place.
Possibly
The secret service knew about it hours before it happened. The police knew about it before it happened. They deliberately ignored repeat request from Trump and his people to increase secret service presence at his rallies.. Yeah this is on her.
Hell the shooters parents called the police and informed them of what their son was doing hours before he took his shot.
This was a failure on the police, a failure on the secret service, just a failure everywhere
Maybe. There is more to it I am sure.
It sounds sketchy too. Logically I suspect she's getting the scape goat treatment for a larger hidden picture. We'll never know.
I think she was close to getting lynched, which she deserved.
Things have officially gone too far.
She never should have been hired in the first place.
Took too long. Should have been gone the day of the attempt. Coma Joe should have fired her
None of the Democrats called it "the assassination attempt," they called it "the AR-15 shooting." They were questioning the Secret Service about gun control, which wasn't the issue.
The naysayers got the bloody scalp they were looking for, so a pox on them. Maybe they’ll shut up now.
I think it’s hilarious. Why didn’t Biden fire her immediately
Epic fail on protecting Trump, so Ms. Cheatle had to go.
Good. Finally some tiny bit of accountability.
‘Bout time!
Seems expected.
Nothing in politics…. happens by accident.
They pressured her to resign 😂😂
Indict the bitch.
