Are average looking black men who are employed but not making much, no felon, own their car, and renting a place of their own, actually unattractive?

I'm only asking, because, I realize I will never be accepted for who i am, I will never fit in because I'm too eccentric, and that it has affected my chances at finding my better half. I already don't believe in love because I've never been shown what this "love" thing everyone talks about is.

I'm also too white for black people, too black for white people, so there's an identity struggle there.

I need to gauge the responses here in my decision of throwing in the towel and giving up completely.

It seems that being too "white" just means too "boring" aka too responsible. What's really lame is black guys with no job and three baby mommas trying to kickstart a rap career or sell drugs. That SHOULD be unattractive to women but sadly we both know for many it's not.

As far as I'm concerned you're doing just fine. You might have better luck dating outside your race, particularly with Latinas if you're into that.
