We have many empty buildings for years here. Commercial space empty all over. I have never seen it this bad here.

Bummer! I used to love going to Pizza Hut for birthday parties as a kid, football watching parties as a young adult, and having lunch with co-workers there. The salad bar was great! There aren't any near where I live now and I do miss them.
