The plan is to have people in place to refuse to certify their county's election result (it doesn't matter who won), which means that state can't certify their result. If enough states don't certify their results in time, the House chooses the president on a one vote per state basis, and there are more states under Republican control in the House than there are Democratic ones.

Those attempts should fail in the courts, but presidents should also be answerable to the law, so who can be sure what will happen?

I do not think so. Supposedly the RNC has an army of people that will document election fraud while it is happening and if there is a fair election President Trump will abide by the will of the people.

All the lawyers in the world will make no difference if they wait until after the election has been already stolen. They really need the boots on the ground that will watch the ballot drop boxes and keep an eye open for illegal aliens voting. They need to watch the mail in ballots and somehow insure thare is no fraud. I do not think that in a lot of places it can be done. Everything must be on video and documented with witnesses. Lawyers can insure that they are creating the evidence that nobody can dispute.
