In Las Vegas on Saturday Kamala said that she will eliminate taxes on tips. It was the Biden/Harris administration that hired additional IRS agents to go after workers that collect tips as part of their income.

On June 28th President Trump announced that a part of his economic policy was that he would eliminate tax on tips.

Is she going to eliminate taxes on Social Security income as well since President Trump made the announcement a couple of weeks ago that he would not treat Social Security as taxable income/

Also announcing tax cuts when the country is in debt and basically in a recession is not an idea worth stealing. They're just saying that for the election. As soon as someone wins they're not gona cut taxes because they can't afford it. If they cut taxes they have to take on more debt and pay more interest on it and that will take more and more agency away from the government because less and less of the yearly income can be allocated to things that benefit people because the interest and just keeping the country going already costs more than the money that is coming in from taxes.

The only people this benefits is business owners they don't have to pay waitors a real wage no benefits and now, if tips don't get taxed, they can use that as an excuse to underpay their staff even more. Do you think the staff will actually get to keep the difference from not paying taxes on tips? No the employers will immediately find a way to get their hands on that money.

There has been 3 or 4 videos of Trump announcing this along with the date and place. I watched him when he was in Vegas where he first came up with the idea.
Later he has said that he will make Social Security non taxable. I always thought it was unfair anyway. Social Security is paid into be people and the government can play with that money for cecades and then when they get part of their own money back from the government, the government makes you pay taxes on it.

Trump is looking for ways to help everyday Americans and not taxing tips is one way to help service workers. Biden and Harris hired 87,000 IRS agents to chase middle class taxpayers and squeeze every last dollar out of them. These agents are paid over 100K a year. It probably costs more to chase some waiter for a few hundred dollars in tips. Trump is probably making a good business decision.
He is also in favor of eliminating taxes on Social Security benefits. This will help out countless senior citizens and disabled people. I am sure that just these two policies alone will ensure a Trump victory in November.
