Basically Project 2025 was made by the old corrupt corporate branch of the Republican party after seeing themselves lose influence in the modern MAGA republican party as well as to push back against the left LGBTQ rights and such.

They came up with a plan to basically puppet the next Republican president by making sure their staff is trained by them and has their ideology and then to usurp as much power into the presidency as possible to push their own policies.

You can see it as the collection of resources, people and strategies required to turn the president into a de-facto dictator that enacts the policies that they want.

Trump is basing his program on Ike's only on a larger scale. We have more tools to use to insure citizens do not get caught up in it.
