Why did Trump lie about the crowd size of Jan. 6 Overturn the Government/Stop the Steal Rally?

Trump is getting so desperate as his popularity is going down quickly except for his 33% core cult followers. As usual he is making up things and his ignorant MAGA core supporters take it as truth. When did Trump ever tell the truth--just ask his wife? LOL

Trump said last week in a horrible excuse of a news conference: “If you look at Martin Luther King, when he did his speech, his great speech, and you look at ours, same real estate, same everything, the same number of people, if not, we had more. They said he had a million people, but I had 25,000 people.”

FACTS: Trump saw 53,000 supporters show up on Jan. 6 and MLK drew 250,000 in 1963 for the "I Have a Dream" speech. Trump needs to shut up and do not compare where he cannot compete. The vast majority of Americans including most normal Republicans do not like Trump.
