I think it's true. Up to 30% of men who get paternity tests are not the father of their children. Some of which have been raising these children for years.

I also believe that if the man is determined via DNA test to not be the father, he should be able to recoup 100% of all child support payments with interest at 20%.

If marriage is a legal matter and the government gets involved in the case of divorce and makes men pay unreasonable child support, I see no reason why they can't get involved if a woman does something wrong. Paternity fraud is basically child abuse, too.

Not sure I get the question, but yes, guys should be responsible for their kids, and be careful with girls that have other guys’ kids.
