How does one even find halfway decent employees?

It’s like every time you hire someone they’re worse then the last. You can’t get rid of them because there’s nobody else and the options you do have are worse. Besides that they’ve been there for 30 days by the time you have another candidate.

I’ve seen this so often. I either hire someone who tries to work hard their hearts in it BUT…. They just can’t seem to do it right, constantly having to explain the same old things to them, and the list goes on. That or you get someone whose smart enough but they’re either too lazy to do it or they don’t see themselves working there very long anyways so they don’t even try.

How does one even find halfway decent employees?
