8/10. I put in major effort but once I start seeing others not care, I start to lose a bit of motivation. The ambition in me won’t allow me to just sit back and do anything like the rest. But it sure as heck thins my patience

If yourself asked me 5 years. ago I would have said 10. But now I'd say more of a 7.

I still believe in working hard. But since I retired I have no need to anymore. I still work hard investing my assets but it's not hard physical labor. And my focus is less about money now and more about quality of life.
