Would you say you are currently a good employee (or student)?

I know I’ve been sucky lately. Lmao I just got my ass handed to me in the most respectful way. I say that because my sup is likely a pothead and he just seems pretty chill even when lecturing lol. So yea the bossman just pulled up the team stats, and I had like 300 clients for the month compared to the majority of my coworkers who had 600+. But when he pulled up our total sales for the month, we were all neck and neck AND it showed i had more grand sales bringing in $7,000 more revenue than any of them. I was like, so why does my hourly/daily number of clients matter if I’m meeting the same number of sales? He was like, you could get at least 50 clients a day. They’re getting 150. Okay and we’re all getting the same number of sales but I’m making y'all more money and ain't seeing a dime from it. Lmao mf better fall back 😂 Until they start paying commission, these hoes can kiss my incredibly little ass lmao. But ig I’ll fck around on GAG a little less unless I’m on break. Im still gonna be distracted by the music I’m blastin tho so I’ma do me either way 🤷‍♀️

My boss asked for 10 clients an hour. So today I gave 10 clients total after a total of 4 hours. He must love me 🥱

So i decided to be a good girl today. I’m already at 16 clients in 2 hours and have made 3 sales.

I'm amazing, lol.

Got talked to a week ago about being careful to not burn out because I have 3x more patients than my coworker.

Was basically told to not give 150%.

I explained I was doing the standard and was giving 100% not 150%. After listening he agreed and said I was definitely doing what I was supposed to.

My coworker gives about 30% and makes cheats to not do the bare the minimum. So it looks like I'm spoiling my patients when I'm not.

I help the other element as well, 90's on PT tests, great trainer 👌🏾

I am very much appreciated in my workplace, my clients love me and so do the other partners! It hasn’t come easy though, hard work and kindness is taking me a long way. My husband is self-employed, and while he might be a pain in the ass at home from time to time, but his clients love him as well because he’s thoughtful and knowledgeable.

Strange.

I would say I am a good employee. In fact it has been a long time since anyone gave me directions. Bosses have been happy to let me do whatever I do knowing I'll deliver something good and make them look good.

Maybe you should ask if that 7,000 makes him look good.

I have my days where I get lazy as shit, I won't lie. It doesn't help that my department is stretched thin and I am essentially the swiss army knife of it versed in analysis and production, so if I get put into a different spot for where they need coverage, the other suffers and I play catch up. Good times 🙂

I am a great performer (get the job done) but I am a non-conformist and I do not kiss ass (for my boss or co-workers anyway).… and I think outside the box (which is great for my role - design things). So, taking everything into account I would be above average.

(I agree with you on $ vs quantity requirements…. I would take quality over quantity all day long)

I'm always a good employee but, more you talk about your work, the more I want to start my underground society. Or search for existing ones, I hear they're around. After I didn’t receive my well deserved mid year promotion I’ve been deliberately trying to be a shit ass employee so far. I sleep after having lunch and nobody bats an eye. I also go for evening strolls which I didn’t do earlier. I’ll also try real hard to switch to a better job by the end of the year.

still my employer seems to be happy with my work but yeah I really sit around a lot and do nothing work related, then I do something, not with full concentration and effort, write my time nearly the double from what it really took me and that's it

I'm a pretty good employee... I patrol all day, and make sure everything is shut down.. My job doesn't really require much, but I try to be on time as much as possible.. And yeah I agree it shouldn't matter how many people you are bringing in as long as the money is coming in.. But still at that job I see..

I was a great student before middle school but I really need to improve my discipline now. I've been "gifted" until now where it starts to catch up to you and you actually need to study and focus in class to keep up. And I'm pretty bad at focusing and being responsible enough to turn work in on time and with good effort.
