“Third world country”
Look at Taliban’s handling of Afghanistan, Israel & Palestinian areas fighting all the time in pointless terroristic religious conflicts, and African Nations that had so many civil wars… The United States of America is pretty damn good and will continue to get better. Please don’t fear that we’ll become that way because I have faith, love, hope in this beautiful nation of ours.
America is a beacon, Americans the light. Don’t let the flame go out because once that flame goes out our future is dull, dim, bleak, and depressed.
I love this country and will stand with it because Americans never give up, we move forward. We are a great nation of great people, lets show love to one another and lower this anger & aggression & resentment so we can move forward together. If we don’t move forward together, we aren’t moving forward at all which frightens me. God Bless You all!
Nah, just the big cities. LA, SF, Chicago, NYC, Baltimore, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, etc.
The bigger the city, the bigger the dump. Sorry not sorry lol.
But I'd say the majority of the country will be just fine.
😂😂😂
No because America has huge natural resources. However I believe it will follow a similar path to the Islamic nations. They were once very advanced and open but became isolationist which led to their decline. As America moves further to the right other countries will cut ties for moral reasons.
We won't let that happen
The United States (specifically) may be "struggling" right now but it's far from losing it's world power status.
Thank you @SweetJoyGirl for the MHO. :)

Rome was once the most powerful empire in the world. the papal states that came a thousand years later were a joke in comparison to the greatness of Rome. Same can happen to any country in the world. Babylon was once the center of the world not Iran and Iraq are now places people avoid at all costs. Greece once ruled the Mediterranean and now its a small country with crippling debt. China and India were powerhouses yet they became third world countries and they began to catch on and modernise only recently. Not to mention the countless nations that don't even exist anymore.
hmm I don't know. The inequality is definitely concerning but I think there's just too much money flowing around for that to happen. They will always find some way to solve the most pressing problems. And problems are also a lot easier to solve if you can just ignore the poorest 30% of the population. I think the U. S. is headed for trouble but it's still too far away for me to say exactly what it will look like.
“And problems are also a lot easier to solve if you can just ignore the poorest 30% of the population.”
I don't know why this made me laugh. loool
It is so true, tho. It is so very true.
Advances in technology may save us from third-world status. However, that is the direction we are headed. One, our public schools emphasize indoctrination, not education. Two, the huge number of immigrants from below our Southern border average 5 to 8 points lower I. Q. s and socialist beliefs. Moreover, a majority of women have socialist beliefs, and those having such beliefs vote for socialists.
Push comes to apocalypse the north American continent has farm land coming out their ears that we build city's on top of them.
The land mass continent of north America can't become anything less then the top super power geographically. No matter how idiotic the government might become. It is geographically set to easy mode.
If the WEF has anything to say about it, we'll have nothing and be happy.

🥱🥱🥱🥱😴
@DryGermanGuy Sleeping until it happens. They just overplayed their hand by a few years. Give it til 2030
Yeah, a retired Swiss-German economics professor puts the fear into all them freedom loving ‘Murricans. Please don’t bore me to death with your ragetard nonsense.
@DryGermanGuy Ooooh, economics! Such a fascinating subject to have taught! Thank you for gracing us with your presence. 😌
Hey, @DryGermanGuy, you are Swiss German?
Wait, is the guy in the money supposed to be the economic professor? That is a bit odd, and now I am confused. 🤔
@Dongie
Actually, I am German-German, with relatives in Switzerland.
Ok, my name is Swiss-German. I met a guy that worked computers when I purchased my laptop in 09. He caught the sound in my name as he was Swiss-German as well. So we chatted for about half an hour. He was living in Canada at the time. He could only give his first name, you know, the job. David was it. But I was hoping we may have connections.
Nope. When the Democrat created malaise goes too far, there will be an armed uprising of Patriots like on April 19, 1775. Most Americans are too complacent but it will only take a dedicated few to change the future. And Democrats will call their lawyers and then run to their safe spaces.
I believe that God has it all under control. I can bet that when the election is over with God will not say,”I didn’t see that coming.” But I wouldn’t put it past some states to want to succeed from the union if Kamala Harris wins….
There is a reason why America is not mentioned in end time prophecy. We won’t be a superpower and it may be because the United States won’t be so united anymore…
Yes. They dont really solve their filth but they just hide it. America in the 60s - 80s was its prime when people were overly disciplined and cops are everywhere, infrastructures were new that time but now obsolete. They can't even afford an upgrade anymore. That's why the American dream is dead for a lot of people.
Back when people thought New York was so cool because of the buildings and lights or whatever but now, it doesn't seem so special anymore since we have Dubai, Doha, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, etc. And now it's full of garbage, graffiti, rats, traffic, overly expensive parking, obsolete road systems and subways.
Not necessarily. The empire's crumbling, yes, and it's questionable to what extent it can be saved, but the country itself is another matter. I mean, look at the UK: their empire's gone, and up until a few months ago, they were doing fine.
4 more years of democrats in the white house and it will get so bad that even the illegal aliens will go back to where they came from.
I know you believe that and I hope you find it comforting. Unfortunately, I don't think it's correct. Nobody comflates biden's policies with Harris at this point in Harris is far more popular than Biden was and in fact is now more popular than Trump. Is. That being said you might be right, but I guess we will just see. That being said, let me wish you the best of good health for the coming years
@msc545 Harris is synomymous with thebad policies of the last 3 1/2 years. She was always the last person in the room and she was the border czar. A lot of Americans are indeed suupid or brainwashe or both but it is far from being the majority. Harris is not as popular as Trump and as time goes by her popularity will drop like a stone. Trump's momentum seems to keep building despite indictments, a hostile press and an assassination attempt. The only thing tha twill stop him is another bullet.
The only reason that you think Trump 's does such a good job is because coincidentally when he was president you got to pay a few pennies less per gallon for gas which is something he had nothing to do with. You persist in believing he did it for you personally and trust me he didn't do it for anybody and in fact he would have raised prices if he had been in a position to do so. Even the president doesn't have that kind of power.
@msc545 When Trump was president there was a different feel to the country. There was optimism for the future. People had good jobs and not part time pizza delivery jobs. Everyone's retirement accounts increased and not by just a little. There was more sanity in the country. We did not have people sleeping on the sidewalks and we did not have people shoving others in front of the subway trains. I follow 3 newspapers and read the obits\. I notice a lot more suicides in middle aged men and a lot more drug ODs in younger people. This is just in the last 4 years.
It was way more that $1.99 / gallon gasoline.
Now it is like I landed on Mars. Things have gotten so bad that I now own firearms and I worry about how bad the public school system has gotten. Most of my students cannot even write a proper term paper and this November there will be a ballot question to eliminate the standardized test that is a requirement to graduate from high school. After the Covid debacle a much greater amount of students are failing this test. The democrats and their donor the teachers union will just eliminate the test instead of actually improve their curriculum. The scary thing is that the teachers union has the deep pockets it will take to get this law passed.
Yes, there was indeed a different feel to the country. However, the different feel consisted of shame about Trump and his behavior and fear of covid that was completely justified. Considering it killed a million Americans. There is no getting around these things. You may have felt good but the rest of us didn't.
@msc545 Ask around. the vast majority of people were better off 4 years ago despite being in the middle of a pandemic. I do not know anyone who has shame over President Trump. Biden';s whole presidency has been one disaster after another, a continual cover up of all his family's corruption and a very obvious attempt at preventing President Trump to run for re-election.
If Trump wins, yes. He has explicitly stated he wants another great depression - which was when the US last met the criteria of a third world country.
There are already areas in America that have worse infant mortality rates and other situations that are worse than so-called third-world countries. America is already there.
If Trump is elected, sooner than you can imagine. Look at Venezuela to see how a strongman leader can destroy a country.
When allowing so many migrants from third world countries, it's sure going to happen.
America has a long way to go to be a third world country.
If Trump wins, we definitely will be a 3rd world country.
Yep. The USA government has ignored the working class for almost 80 years and it is bitting us in the ass, in favoritism towards conglomerates and large companies who pay politicians to make bills.
We're practically there! If Scamala gets in, America is DONE!!
Well, if we insist upon importing the 3rd world without limit (open borders) and not effectively integrating them (multi-culturalism) that's pretty logically the direction that goes, no?
They've been saying this I was a kid. If it happens it isn't going to happen anytime soon. Certainly not in my lifetime, probably not yours either
Talking in wealth per capita that'll take a whole lot and a long while to bring it to third world status.
That’s why we have to get them out of there the Democrats
They’ll chose Trump and become a third world country
It's possible. The open border has set us up for some very bad times.
Well it's not just America it's happening to a lot of places now
No, it is very far from that.
America already IS a third world country...
Nope.
nooo
